About David

David has over 20 years’ experience in the health and fitness industry, his performance and wellbeing studio has been operating in Highgate Village since 2006 and in this time he has worked with numerous individuals in the television and film industry, prepared musicians for European and World tours and worked in elite sport in Formula One and International Football.

David’s four pillar approach to performance and wellbeing incorporates; fitness, nutrition, recovery and mind set.

I believe it is my job as a coach to enhance high performance by obtaining a clear picture of each client’s overall health and well-being. Each coaching programme that I create is founded on the premise that energy is the currency of high performance and with this in mind, I aim to focus on strategies to increase energy and manage it more effectively.

His desire to continue his education and interest in recovery and performance has seen him develop his own ongoing projects within his North London Studios and pursue additional research and studies with The Sleep & Circadian Neuroscience Institute at Oxford University.

Away from work he consistently practices what he preaches with a challenging training regime that sees him regularly compete in triathlons and obstacle races. He is passionate about music and enjoys playing piano and guitar badly! But his main passion is his family, his fiancé Kate and son Thomas.
